About Breathe Metro Manila

Breathe Metro Manila is a non-profit initiative spearheaded by the Manila Observatory, in collaboration with local environmental organizations like Environmental Management Bureau - National Capital Region (DENR - EMB NCR), the Quezon City government, other local city governments, and Clarity Movement. Our network leverages the expertise of local academic institutions in partnership with private and public entities dedicated to improving air quality in Manila.
